This page describes what happens to information you give us through this website. It is written to match what the site actually does, not to cover every case in the abstract.
What the form collects
If you request a backtest, we store exactly four things:

| IP address | Rate limiting. The form is public, so without it a bot can flood us. It is not used for analytics, profiling, or location. |
Nothing else. There is no tracking pixel, no analytics script, and no advertising tag on this site. Browsing it sets no cookies at all — the only cookie this site can issue is a login session for our own staff.
How long we keep it
Signup records are deleted 24 months after they are submitted. That is enforced by the site itself on a daily schedule, not by someone remembering to do it.
Deleting your details sooner
Email fresh@refreshfc.com and we will remove your record. To be straight about what that involves, your details can exist in three places, and we delete all three:
- the record in our database;
- any CSV export of it we hold as a backup;
- the notification email your submission generated in our inbox.
You can also ask us for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to correct it.
Pilot data
The form says no data retained after pilot. That refers to the sales history you send us for a backtest or a pilot, which is a separate thing from the contact details above.
If you discontinue, we purge that data. It is used only to produce your forecasts, it is never used to train models for other customers, and it is never sold or shared.
Who else sees it
We keep this list short on purpose, and it is complete:
- Our own server. The site and its database run on infrastructure we control. Your details are not stored in a third-party CRM or marketing platform.
- Resend, our email provider, which delivers the notification telling us you got in touch. That message contains your email address and chain name.
This site loads no fonts, scripts, or assets from third-party servers. Everything it needs is served from our own domain, so visiting this page does not disclose your IP address to anyone but us.
Security
Everything you send us — your contact details and any sales history you share for a backtest — is encrypted in transit. It is stored on infrastructure we control, and access is limited to our own staff.
Staff access requires a password, and we store passwords only in a one-way form that cannot be turned back into the original. We cannot read them, and neither can anyone who obtains our records.
